You need to unzip the file you downloaded and upload the theme inside it. Please see Solving broken theme issues. That may help answer what files you’re looking for.

Looks like we’re still on got an email from Nike saying they are adding a bored to keep the current challenges going just make take a few weeks to get it up all runs will still count though

Thanks. For sure NOT looking for 24×7x365 support, understandable based on the pricing, but theme should work without having to debug or look at replacing function with another widget/plug-in

The theme working properly doesn’t equal support all themes should work as advertised or soft disabled until they are fixed

That being said authors cant account for user knowledge some people just don’t understand how themes work.. Ie why isn’t there content pre-installed… They also dont read the documention and automatically think its broke because they can’t figure it out

Authors also can’t account for every single plugin that could cause a problem(youd spend months testing) or they can’t account for the buyers server configuration. They should though at least make an effort to find the problem

Supports not required at all plus the themes are already dirt cheap, that being said most authors provide amazing support and some buyers think they have a full time dev for the price of a theme(rare but it happens a lot)

Before support makes an appropriate decision, I do respect that you’re a veteran Themeforest author, but, no matter how new a user is you cannot simply expect them to bow down and let you have your way. What I love about Envato is that equality between users, something you seem to not have grasped, which has shocked me for someone who has such a good reputation.

I will not take the logo down until Support makes a decision and tells me specifically what to do. I would have done it earlier however I have been fairly busy today and have not just sitting down on my Mac making impolite demands.

then you should remove your slider three/four column layout themes ASAP as they copy 99.99% of the web…. give me a break man, placing the two logos side by side they aren’t even “turn sideways”

@quickmedia there is nothing wrong with your logo its not a direct copy “inspiration” or not his theme logo isn’t trademarked even if it was it wouldn’t be a violation as its more than 33% different, and you cannot copyright “ideas”
