I have the second time rejected this file:

I got this email:

I didn`t get any explanation why it is rejected [for the second time] and I am asking the same question here, on this forum. Please, if have any comment what is wrong with the file, let me know.
In the mean time, I just quick-checked what is new on this web site and approved and I believe that after nearly 15 years of gfx work – I do not understand anything now…!? How those files gets approved, for example, and what is the critery of quality:
