Freelance work for short intro scene

We are looking for someone to create a short intro scene video for our company. It only needs to be 12 seconds long and we have some ideas on what we would like to see. We have all the images prepared in Illustrator.

Our initial idea is to have our company logo (a black dog) hop around the screen playfully before he is positioned next to the logo. We already have the audio picked out that will be playing. We just need someone to create the actual animation.

Anyone have some time to help us with this?
