One more question is it legal to use in game screenshots take by myself for the preview purpose? I asked this because many people on youtube are earning alot of money by making gameplay footages.

I don’t think that will be legal.

one can use the work of an agency or designer demo such as work, as do most here on TF.

You need permission from the agency or designer or just to put that work is of them can?

I want to buy photos from PhotoDune.net for only preview in TF WP themes. Which license is appropriate regular or extended ?
Regular

I don’t think that the regular license will be enough, because even if it is a preview of your art work you use it for commercial purposes, any user can have any image from your preview by saving it. I guess Envato should give an exact answer to this question, because it is very important for all of us.

Yes, the standard license of those sites allows commercial use. Just not include them in the download.

Can we get also clarification about using product images in our previews? I see a lot of iPhones, Macbooks etc. in theme previews.

Bumping my previous question because it hasn’t been answered yet.

i think the one month deadline isn’t good .. especially for authors with a lot of items for sale .. the deadline should be pushed to around april or may ..
