My two latest submissions were soft rejected but in the space in the email with the reason why it is blank. Is this a mistake?

Sorry Smart, we have been having some trouble with the reviewing section, and this is a known problem that the devs are working on at this very minute. Anyone that was soft rejected before we figured it out received a blank email as well. If you contact Matt, or one of the reviewers with the item names, they can look up the notes and tell you why it was soft rejected.
