Office Highrise

This model is a high quality office high rise building, suitable for any city or urban landscape scenes. Add more detail and realism to your site by using this building. This is even great for close up renders. Going up at 21 stories, this highrise is cladded with aluminum panels to give the building a more modern look . An open floor plan has been kept allowing for custom interiors to be used with the model in case the interiors need to be furnished . Model includes Arch+Design shaders for use of Mental Ray, and Vray Materials for V-Ray 1.50 SP4a and above. Originally made in 3DS Max, but can be used in any software, as more file formats have been included.
