This is a highly detailed model of the Poul Kjærholm daybed – PK80 . It’s created in 3ds Max 2011 and rendered with VRay. The daybed consists of a leather mattress resting on a base plate of painted plywood, and a frame made of brushed metal. The frame and the mattress is held together with rubber rings.
