Support requests are handled via email, which should be sent from ThemeForest profile page (bottom of the right column). Please include the theme name, theme version (HTML or WP) and website url. We usually respond to support requests within 48 hours on weekdays, depending on the number of requests in queue.

Support request sent during weekends or our holidays will be processed on Monday or the next business day.

Please also check your email spam box, sometimes our reply is in the spam box.
