This model of a mug is created by 3ds Max. It is in ‘editable poly’ form with ‘mesh smooth’ modifier applied. The handle and the decorations are different elements, they can be removed from the ‘element’ sub-object level, which is done and included in main zip file. By decreasing the render iterations value (which is currently in 2), it can be rendered as a low-poly object. I suggest to remove the stars and the curves in case of making the mug simple. I rendered the preview images with simple materials just for looking good. A multi/sub-object material can be applied so easily, the body and the handle have material ID 1 and the decorations have material ID 2.
