It is a standard fold chair. A polygonal model made entirely of quads. All is one mesh but the elements are separable i.e. for rigging purposes. It is modeled in luxology modo in real world scale and exported to 3ds max via fbx. I have used reference photos but not exact measures, I am an architect though and I am familiar with furniture dimensions, so the chair is very realistic. UV unwraps are not made here due to the geometric simplicity of the model and the uniform materials.
