Texture are color corrected in the render engines, you can play with the settings to get different color results.
For instance: In 3ds max modifing the color correction maps values, in blender modifing the Hue and Saturation nodes
- OBJ does not have materials but is UV-unwrapped the provided maps

To avoid Fireflies in cycles is recomendable to raise the samples and use Clamping. Override NodeGroup was added to reduce the fireflies and noise, i.e. The material will be seen as a diffuse shader by other shaders..
Good for short, medium and long distance, close ups of the chair are not recomended
