This car is a combination of 78 objects & named properly like ‘car body’, ‘left front wheel’, ‘left front wheel base’, ‘right door’, ‘left headlight 4’ and so on. The car body has a ‘symmetry’ modifier & I didn’t attached the other 77 objects to it for easy animation. Many of them have the ‘mesh smooth’ modifier which can be removed in case of keeping the poly count low. The parts are wisely linked with one another. I have adjusted the pivots properly. For simple animation like opening the door or moving the wheels, the move or rotate tools with ‘parent’ or ‘local’ reference coordinate system should be very useful. The doors open upside-down. I have added some simple materials for good-looking rendering but I didn’t use any custom texture. Along with the body and the doors, some other parts have ‘multi/sub-object material’ with proper material ID. The main body has 6 material IDs (as example, the windscreen has material ID 2 & the number plate 3). The main body has 6744 polygons after collapsing the symmetry modifier (13450 triangle faces). The 78 objects may seem to be complex but not at all. The linkage & the names of the parts can be cleared by having a view in ‘select by name’ tool.
