This is game-ready low-poly bathroom sink model that can be subdivided!
The model also includes the second UV channel for UE4s lightmaps.
Because of its shape it can be placed on any surface.
Model was originaly created in Maya 2017. I made 2 different shading methods:
‘PBR Metalness Textures’ .mb Arnold, Unreal 4 and .FBX
‘default standard materials’ .mb Viewport 2.0, .OBJ, .FBX_StandardMats
There are maya standard lights in the scene, so it look exactly like on images above.
There is also 1 texture map for HDRI reflections (2k).
Scenes are real world scale and are using metric units for measurement.
-units: cm -Width: 41.77 cm -Lenght: 36.45 cm
-Textures are 1024×1024 in .TGA format
