All wood textures are sourced from the free stock websites Unsplash and Vecteezy, so credit for the textures goes to these wonderful platforms.
The chessboard has distinct UV mapping with non-overlapping and well-executed unwrapping that resembles real wood. In contrast, the chess pieces have overlapping UV unwrapping due to their complex shapes, which I addressed as much as possible.
