We purchised it, but you need to export the .obj file in this way (http://www.videocopilot.net/docs/element/importing_3d_objects_into_element_3d/exporting_3d_objects_for_element_3d/). Is it possible for you to do so? Otherwise we can not use this file in Element 3D. Thanks for your help!

Hello Sir, I try the obj export as same as describe in link which you send me but due to vray multi sab material system the textures are not export from 3dsmax in obj format.
