Hey there, Good design much appreciated you have done your job nicely, Can this is best for UI and UX I want to use these kinds of models for my website
Thank you.
Yes this 3d model is great for displaying UI designs.
Good design
Much appreciated.
That’s awesome
I’m 100% new to Element 3D and was pleasantly surprised that an AE project file was included. Very easy to replace the screen and animate. Good stuff!
I’m glad this template was satisfactory. I love comments like these!
If it’s not much trouble, this is where you can place a rating, which is much appreciated: https://3docean.net/item/phone-11-pro-max-3d-model-for-element-3d-and-cinema-4d/reviews/24628250
Hi i need some help placing an image onto my iphone… please reach back to me when you can
Hi, How can i help you?
Yes
Can you email me isaiahharley14@gmail.com
Is there a way to change the back texture… I imported textures using this method
https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=ZO2EYP1B1tIThe front screen texture I diffused with a video which I created into a custom layer—> custom texture maps
However when I try the same to the back nothing changes.
I wanted to add a apple icon texture to back.
Hi,
A future update is in the works that will allow the backside to have textures. Meanwhile if your project is urgent you can send me an e-mail and i’ll send you a beta OBJ file with the back supported.
This item is being updated to include UV layout for the back.
For now I am just using a apple logo png that I import as a layer and just rotate as a 3d object with the phone. It seems to work good enough for now – so I am fine.
Please do update when the backend UV layout is updated.
thanks!
The item is now updated to have UV layout for the back.
Thank you for reaching out with this.
If all is OK on your end please consider a rating.
Thank you
Hi,
Can you please send me an e-mail with more screenshots to your setup? including AE / Element 3D versions. I’m curious to what issue you’re facing. Thank you.
P.S: There’s already an after effects template included with the item, with the 3D model in place in all colors with screen controls.

I bought your pack with iPhones of 11 3D models, when working in after effects and element 3d I cannot normally insert an image or video into the screen, it flips and stretches, and it is not clear what dimensions you indicated, the corrected file came out, I gave it up for it money, but it doesn’t work as it should
and I don’t have Photoshop, I don’t work in it, and I’m not going to buy for the sake of the model curve, send me a normal fixed file or return the money
Hi, I replied to your inquiry on the e-mail you sent me, and I’m very eager to help you resolve your issue. There’s an included template file for adding photos / videos to this model in element 3D. It takes minimum effort and it’s pretty straight forward. I’m very curious to what kind of problem you’re facing, and looking forward to hearing back from you.
You can view a quick help on how to use the template file through here

hmm, the video link does not exist
Thank you for waiting for the video to process.
I’m glad that based on the communication we exchanged, that i was able to resolve the issue you experienced and received your reply that things were working better.
If there’s any more help you require, please don’t hesitate to contact me back.
Thank you for being a good client.
Hi, I have a question. Why the screen comp is in a uv map thing? Why is it not straight forward vertical composition with proper screen resolution?
Hello
That’s a valid question, so the way this 3d model translates into Element 3D while having control over the screen content is done through the screen having a UV layout. This allows the screen to be updated with correctly shaped photos / videos in a 3D software such as Element 3D. UV layouts have a thing for being square in aspect ratio, and that’s why when you access the “screen content” comp you can still see the “bare bone” version of it on display.
It’s a good suggestion to try and mitigate this effect in the future somehow so it’s more user-friendly, but i imagine After Effects / Element 3D users are already in such an advanced level that they get what it is and work around it pretty easily.
Thank you for this question
This Item is being updated to have clipped screen content comp as well as another version for CS6 users. Thank you for your suggestion.
I just bought this and I’m pretty dissapointed…the quality is terrible. Exporting at 1080p full res and the edges are jagged, the screen is blurry… I cannot use this for a project
Hi,
Thank you for reaching out. Can you please check your e3d rendering settings for (anti aliasing / texture compression) These are lowered / enabled by e3d by default for faster previews.
You’ll find anti aliasing settings under (Output > sampling and aliasing). Also turn off texture compression.
For even higher resolution textures, you can freely scale-up (screen content) comp.
Let me know if you need further help
4k native template is being added. Item will be updated shortly
fantastic, thank you!
I just bought this model and I am not able to replace the screen UI. I am using after effects and element 3d
Hello, There’s already an after effects project file with screen content pre-comp (you don’t need to import the model). navigate to “screen content” precomp and apply content there (making sure to match the screen layout in place).
Hello, i just bought the pack but whenever i import a screen it comes all zoomed out and rotated… so essentially i cant import a screen… what should i do?
What are the screen dimensions so i can import a screen?
Hi, the screen is UV unwrapped. You’ll find a PSD file containing the parameter (lines) that highlight where the screen content should go. This will ensure perfect fit for the display.
That is a terrible way to import screens, i now cant have rolling video. Should’ve bought someone else’s. I would make sure you mention this in your description before someone else purchases. Not happy.
Having UV layout for a 3D model is the norm. I’m sure i can help you better if you let me in on the problem. Which software are you working with?
It flips the screens, adds exposure and reduces the quality drastically even when using the screen.psd, absolutely pathetic. Extremely long process for what should be simple. Do not recommend
Which software are you working with?
After Effects & 3D Element and now Photoshop, if i could attach photos of what it looks like i would. The main problem is the drastic quality reduction and flipping of the screen.
Please send me an e-mail so i can send you inverted UV Model without the inversion issue. Or you can wait until an update has been carried out to this item shortly.
Sounds good, how am i finding your email?
You can drop me an e-mail from my profile page
If im honest, i can handle the flipping of the image myself. Im more interested in how to avoid the insane quality reduction once ive imported it… It’s the exact same file quality as the original screen.jpeg
Ive opened the .psd, imported my image which is about 3x the canvas size of your .psd so i used transform tools to reduce image size to match your template… its still very high quality at this point. Export in .jpeg in the largest file size which i then import via 3D element the quality is essentially just pixels
Ok, You can increase the resolution of the PSD file freely which will not affect the UV layout none, The quality reduction happens because of E3D memory handling if I’m not mistaken.
Update is being applied. Thank you for your patience
