I downloaded the item again ( existing item from my downloaded items list) and it still doesn’t work. Who’s approval are we waiting for and what difference will it make? Thanks again

Hi , i’m sorry to bather you again but i open the psd file and it also didnt work it start to upload the file and it got stuck .
It takes about a minute when loading, may be your system memory not enough to open it
My computer system settings is: processor : intel® Core™ i7 -4700HQ CPU @ 2.40GHz Installed memory(RAM) : 8.00 GB (7.89 GB usable) System type : 64-bit like you see i have a strong computer and its probably not the issue , when i tried opening the obj file i got this message “the photoshop 3d file format could not parse this file ” and when i reviewed it on web people said that it means that something is wrong with the file. I’ve also downloaded alot of obj files from this site and didnt experience any problems . Photoshop can also read the 3DS format.maybe this format will be better? maybe the version i have of photoshop (cc) is the problem?
Hi Yalin, I’ve purchased your product and it did not open in none of the softwares which i’ve used/ I have downloaded from this website before and i did not experience this problem before. I was told by the helpdesk to contact you to solve this problem. thanks,

I have tested it with Adobe Photoshop CS5 Extended, is working properly. If it does not work, please let me know.
