I’ve tried Red Robin Gluten‑Free Menuoptions a few times, and I’ve been pretty impressed. The gluten-free buns are soft and actually hold up well, and the lettuce wraps are a solid alternative. I’d say it’s one of the better casual dining chains for gluten-free diners, but it really depends on the location—some staff are more knowledgeable about cross-contamination than others. Definitely ask before ordering if you’re strict about gluten!
