This does not come with an E3D-ready format despite what is stated in the file formats included. Received no response from the seller when asked to provide the correct files.
The description contains all formats, only formats for 3ds max, blender, cinema 4d are indicated there
You have literally removed the .e3d format from the description since I posted this comment. Wow that’s sneaky and dishonest. If I could post the screenshot I have of the now removed .e3d format I would.
Luckily I’ve already contacted Envato directly and received a refund for this product.
Read the product description carefully, there was nothing about specifying the e3d format. I can create this format especially for you if it suits you.
I did read it carefully, which is why I bought your product. At the time of purchase, the listing said the .e3d file format was included. I even had to screenshot this in order to get a refund from Envato.
The rest of your work is high quality and I have purchased other items for you which are great. Just don’t be dishonest.
Again, the description of the work did not say anything about this format. The description is attached below the product picture. To smooth out the unpleasant aftertaste, I am ready to transfer this model to the e3d format you need, if this is still relevant for you.
