texture_body_mbpro.jpg
MBP_Bump_texture.jpg
keyboard_m-book_air.jpg
all of these files are not found in the project file. Your promptness is greatly appreciated. Thank you!
Hello! Email me, I will send you a link.
I suspect that these are artifact textures. They are not in the project (that is, they are not used) More was already discussed above in the comments.
thanks, I sent you email.
I am having the same problem as the user above:
I have purchased your element Element 3D apple devices collection from evanto but when I have added files to videcopilot and tried to open files in Element 3D, It does not load the model in preview area.
Also the files turn red in color.
Could you please post the solution here?
Hello and thanks for your purchase! Please read PDF tutorial on 11 page. You can find it in project archive. Thank!

Hello! I replied to your email.
When installing Element 3D I chose a custom location for the assets and do not store them in C:/Users/Your computer name/My Documents/VideoCopilot.
I have added the files supplied in your download to the location where I have other models, textures, etc., however when I open the included project file it tells me that there are 11 files missing. These are some of the textures. When I try and re-link them After Effects crashes.
Could you provide a solution and further instructions on how the folders with the various assets (E3D, OBJ, JPEG, etc.) should be structured?
Many thanks.
Hello and thank you for purchasing! Write to me on mail freemasteroff@gmail.com and attach a screen of your error when you lose files. In general, describe in more detail. Thank you.
I have just opened the demo After Effects file that you included and opened the Mac Book Pro model in E3D. It reports that there are 6 textures missing. However I can’t see those textures in the Textures folder that was in the Zip file.
There are 54 files in the textures folder. However these textures that E3D is asking for are not in there:
texture_body_mbpro.jpg MBP_Bump_texture.jpg keyboard_m-book_air.jpg
In the Relink Assets window in E3D it lists the File Path as E:/Devices Mock-Up Kit v5/3d Models. I presume that this must be the original path fro when you were creating the files.
Could you please let me know where to find the textures or update the downloadable 3D Ocean file?
I am using CC 2017 and Element 3D 2.2.
Hello! Do not pay attention to the list in the “Missing files” window. This list is collected from all projects that are open. You need to specify two folders (where you need to search for objects and textures) is the folder “OBJ” and the folder “Textures” If something is not clear write to the mail freemasteroff@gmail.com
I rechecked. These textures (what you indicated) are not in the project and can not be. These textures have been used by me in other projects. Apparently the plugin has a special feature to remember “extra” links. What is just a link to the texture from MacBook Air, which is not even in the project. This, by the way, is not the first time when the plugin looks for non-existent textures.
The MacBook screen isn’t the right proportions. That is, the 2880×1800 image is not having a 1:1 aspect ratio. Haven’t checked the other devices.
Hello and thank you for your purchase! Do not quite understand … and what kind of permission should be? Or do you mean the aspect ratio of one pixel? As far as I know, now all monitors have a square point. Correct me if I’m wrong. Thank you!
If I draw a perfect square on the macbook screen texture (the placeholder with the comp dimensions of 2880×1800 px) it does not apear as perfect square on the 3d model screen (it is stretched)
Oh, now I understand you! Now recheck, thank you! Write to me on my mail so that I can throw off the corrected model (if it really is so) In any case, I’ll write to you.
Congratulations!
