This model is a low-poly and opens with no older version of 3ds Max 2013 and can be opened in any compatible packages. There are also files: FBX, OBJ, and a textures folder. It is possible to use TurboSmooth or Subdivision Surface. Size of textures 4096×4096px. All textures are in JPG format. This model can be used for exterior and interior decoration. The renders were done with TurboSmooth. All preview images are do with using Corona Render 5. Good for you use. I would be grateful for your feedback on my work.
