Hi, if i want to buy this texture and use it in the mobile which will be on the store fore “money” ..do i need extended license? thank you

If you are making a product for sale then I think yes. Best to ask support to be sure.

I just realized that these are all in .tga format. I’m not familiar with this format as I don’t really work with 3D. Is it possible to open these in Photoshop as a regular image? I would not be using the textures for 3D purposes, but instead bringing them to print.
