The sun position is animated from night to day, so you can pick what time of day you want, or customise it yourself.
The scene is relatively low poly – the buildings them selves are very low poly, but there are huge quantities of them.
The scene is well managed, using layers and sensible naming structures. Materials are used from the Autodesk library that ships with 3Ds Max. The multi-format models will work in other packages that support them, but the materials may not.
Perfect for games, simulations, visualisations, or a base mesh for a more detailed city.
