SORRY for late answer. Don’t know why I didn’t see you question. There is wavefront .obj file inside archive. it has .mtl addition for materials. Blender can open an .obj but with no light and camera settings. But I have never used Blender, so can’t tell properly. Sorry one more time for late answer.

Cinema 4D is the best option. Also archive contains .obj file, which you can open in any 3d-graphic editor
