This model is a low-poly and opens with no older version of 3ds Max 2013 and can be opened in any compatible packages. There are also files: FBX, OBJ, and a textures folder. There is a possibility to use TurboSmooth or can be used Subdivision Surface. Palm trees and flower pots are separate objects. Models is UV mapped and textured. Size of textures 4096×4096px.
