for Customer Support

The plugin itself has potential.
The main problem is with the support.
The developer doesn't respond to support tickets in a reasonable time. (over 1 week)
This is the first plugin for which I am requesting a refund.

Hi. Sorry for waiting. The support service website was taken down and that was not our fault. We couldn't view the tickets. Now it works. If you want, we can give you a refund.
