Not compatible with every theme as claimed . I was able to install and activate and it change the post layout but it broke everything around it. It had a conflict with every animated item on my website .Nothing was showing up ( Slider rev, essential grid , visual composer ) animations gone. And when asked for support they start to mess with my them core files not there plugin. so what will happen with the next theme upgrade.waste of $19.

The plugin works with all themes that follow the WordPress coding standards. All them should follow those standards since they are build for WordPress.
It turns out your theme does not include jquery like it should. Here is how the theme should include jqruery: https://digwp.com/2009/06/including-jquery-in-wordpress-the-right-way/
What our support representative did is to offer a solution so you can contact the theme author so they can fix their issue.
Not including jquery the right way makes your theme incompatible will almost every plugin that uses jquery.
