There should be a new category of 'reasons for rating' for brands like Artbees. They are outstanding in all shapes and shades of what they do. From Product to Support to Follow-up on technical issues, they are the HEROS of Wordpress Community. Not only have they kept calm even when I was very frustrated with technical things but they also focus on taking ownership of the issue, helping all the way and even educating the customer thoroughly. I remember my first email to the CEO was frustrating but his response was so kind and helpful and his team's attention to my support request was so extraordinary, it took me 30 seeconds to no only calm down but have the confidence that I am with a great brand. In last 2 years, I have bought multiple licenses from them and I recommend them to each client of mine. Ever since they have never disappointed me. And their technical support from within WordPress panel is out of this world amazing. Their tech support team is very trustworthy, patient, focused, knowledgeable and proficient. Additionally, they take feedback very seriously. I have seen MANY features added, updated, rectified as per my own feedback and that of many others. They do not ignore ideas, requests, and suggestions. They are just an outstanding brand. I am so very pleased with them and my entire team loves the fact how helpful they are no matter how many times we reach out for help. Artbees ROCKS!
