Even if you pay for extended support, this plugin charges you extra on their own platform to get any priority support. Also the "go to support" button on the Code Canyon page goes to a blank screen.

My reason for needing support?... My WPengine host has alerted me to the fact that this plugin has made my site SUPER slow. On deactivating it, my site is lightening fast.
