I've used this theme for 3 months and so far it's my favorite theme compared to a popular theme we always used:

Pros:

-I can customize a lot easier and faster compared to Avada. I've spent so much time trying to customize before, whereas this theme is WAY faster. I only had to add custom code for buttons, and gallery text. Whereas before I had to inspect element all the time, usually taking some time to get it to work without effecting similar elements because all similar elements share the same div and assigning a custom class didn't work all the time.
-Support is great, they respond in the same day but timings can vary. For the most part it can take half an hour or more, or sometimes faster. Every single problem was resolved quickly.
-I also find a lot less bugs responsively.
-The overall theme design does not feel dated at all. I like the drop down menu on mobile.

Cons:

-It can take time to learn the builder, I did have to contact support on a few things, but once I got the hang of it, I really like it.
-This one is big but it's tolerable. It can be hard to locate a gallery item for example because the builder blocks look similar and there's little distinction. This can be difficult because when you click on a block to edit options, when scrolling in the pop-up, it also scrolls on the page which loses my spot. You can add names to these blocks but it still blends in.
-I do feel like there's some unnecessary code in the files. Like when I go into Inspect Element, some code can be pretty long for different elements.

Notes:

-I haven't had this problem with other themes, but with colours even after clearing cache in browser and site it can take overnight to properly load them.
-I haven't seen an update yet.

Overall yes 100% I'd recommend this theme!
