This has a tonne of bugs, User registers but user who register cannot login at all. Plus there is no concept of user role, each user weather they register themselves or admin makes account for themselves, are considered as "ADMINS". Image/file upload doesn't work. You will have to tweak code yourself to make image upload work.
Paypal is integrated just as a dummy. You cannot see any purchases done via paypal/stripe.
Each model/controller has 1000s of line of code, with no logical links.
You will have to spend hours if not days just to make email functionality work. By no means, admins can send notification to registered users.
Really 3rd class coding, most probably done as a semester project by a amateur programmer. No OOP/OOAD concepts utilized.
