UPDATE: This theme is now refusing me theme support as punishment for this review (originally posted 4-27-18) and violating the Envato Item Support Policy & Envato Terms Policy while doing so.

My main issues with this them are bugs and customer support.

BUGS:
I ran into issues with this theme from the get-go. The Installation Wizard was broken, major required theme plugins repeatedly broke the site, demo content wouldn't upload - I had to reinstall the entire theme 5 times. The included VC plugin was months out of date, the customization display was broken and wouldn't work, the 404 error page cannot be changed through Theme Options (you have to manually copy it to a child theme and change it yourself) but it has several spelling/grammatical errors on the stock page. You get the idea.

SUPPORT:
I there's going to be an extraordinary amount of bugs, theme support better be on point! It's not.

Support is blunt, standoffish and very limited in what they're willing to help with. I usually have to follow up several times to get an issue fully resolved.

And don't expect to make any customizations whatsoever (no matter how minor). I wanted a simple code to disable the date on blog posts. Theme's response was "There is no way for disable it." I was able to write the code myself (which means there very much IS a way to disable it). Support meant that because there's no theme option setting to disable it so they would not help. I've built over 30 websites with themes from Theme Forest and NOT ONE has EVER refused such a SIMPLE solution, regardless of what ANY support policy anywhere says.

It makes simple business sense to go above an beyond for your customers. I'd expect it more so when the product is broken.

This theme also violated the support policy they tried to cite to me when they told me they had "NO IDEA" how to answer questions about a 3rd party newsletter plugin in their theme (this is supported)

Long story short - stay FAR away.
