One of the most important things in buying a product is its support behind it, well, I had an issue soon as the first installation, following that, I've submitted a support ticket, I was happy to get the response in less than 10 minutes!!!, not only Floris reply, they did everything they could to figure out the issue and after 15 minutes, they have sent me the solution.

I couldn't expect to get better support than that since I'm also working in IT support and I know to appreciate how important it is and as a result, to assess the level of quality I received here.
