Don't you think It is unfair to give one star rating based on incompatibility with a third party plugin which was not stated as supported in product description - themes can not even theoretically be compatible with all plugins in the market. And to call that a bug!?

In order to save yourself some time and money in the future, please confirm with the author if the theme is compatible with the plugins you intend to install - we haven't received such an inquiry from you and yet we have received this kind of "review".
