WOW I've tried the others (including a $325 Booking plugin) and THIS IS THE BEST BY FAR!
Hbook has all of the features- from offering different rates, different seasonal rates, automatic emails, simple Reservations admin panel, ability to offer discounts on certain dates, minimum stay... the list goes on. And the support: absolutely 5 stars. Highly recommended.
