This plugin is fantastic! on our other website, we used a combination of WP plugins to achieve what this single plugin does - and it achieves this with a much better interface for both customers and administrators. The plugin is incredibly flexible, yet laid out in a way that just makes sense and is intuitive to understand and apply. Customer service is also second to none - with a very prompt reply to our request, with a fully fledged solution which was actually better than we expected in terms of functionality and reinforces the fact that the author of this plugin genuinely cares about the interaction with customers from our site and cares about the support offered to web authors (we run two dance studios, so not web experts at all!!)
I can't recommend this plugin highly enough -can't believe the features for the small amount we paid for it.
