I have found customer support to be prompt and through. Compared to tech support I have had with other CMS customization themes, the one for Porto is simply the best. I have not had a better experience. The tech support even told me precisely each step she did and recorded it. She went above and beyond what most people do and we have skyped. If I have any problems later I know i will get the best tech support possible.
