First off... there's "Property" custom post type and custom taxonomy, and from the plugin Settings page, you can choose pre-made layouts for both. In case you don't like existing templates - you can make your own because the plugin relies on the standard WP's templating system (see Docs). What's wrong with that? Widgets and shortcodes can be used by any visual page builder or any widget-ready section. Not sure what you expected mate but I'm sure you don't have a whole picture of what this plugin is all about.
