for Documentation Quality

I'm sure that a lot of thought and love went into the code here, but I'm sorry to say I find it to be pretty bad. Just getting the thing configured itself is a nightmare of trial and error made worse by some incredibly confusing documentation. Other reviews here highlight how great the customer support is, but that doesn't change the fact that so many had to turn to customer support just to figure out what was happening in the first place.

Again, I'm sure they're nice, but I'll never buy from them ever again.
