This theme is good. It has all the features you need in order to implement a website quickly it you want to make something similar to the demos. It also loads quickly and the code isn't bloated.

There are some downsides compared to multipurpose themes (such as Avada, Salient, Bridge, etc) such as the lack of detailed Header/Footer customizations which is understandable.

Fortunately, this isn't somethng you cannot fix with CSS or Visual Composer addons. Their support is also very quick to reply and fix any issues you have.
