This is fraud pure and simple.
The theme does not contain any images or layout advertised, it is said later (once bought) that content are copyrighted and that then can be let go with the template.
Half of the plugins required failed at installation (not supported by WP, and their home page does not exists anymore = zion builder) and cancel any possibility to edit your posts or pages with standard Wordpress editor, they now display a blank page in the admin.
The only thing that you get is a simple layout which WP free template provide. And I am not talking about the different bug such as the mobile menu on a 2K monitor !
I ask for reimbursement !
