Unfortunately, this app did not work well for me, There is very little helpful documentation for implementing into your site. There was no place to automatically create a KB page and/or no shortcodes to input into another page that we created ourselves. I cannot recommend this plugin and would suggest other alternatives for building out a knowledge base.
