MagicAI has undergone some impressive changes since my last review. The latest updates have done wonders for usability and stability and demonstrates the team's commitment to continually improving this product.

The ability to change some of the previously uneditable text elements of the site now allows for greater customisation and eradicates previous spelling errors. The email functionality works and automatic updates are back up and running.

What has really motivated me to change my review to 5 stars, however, is their proactive approach to customer feedback. Their team reached out to me directly to help resolve the issues I raised in my previous review. Their responsiveness and eagerness to improve are a breath of fresh air.
