We are very sorry for what happened to you. Actually, the mobile app department is different from the web application department. Since you didn't say it before and used the web application purchase code, your ticket was sent to a web developer. And this is why it took a while to answer you. Please send us a different ticket for your problem with the mobile app so we can respond more quickly.
