Three separate times he tells me that he has responded to my request for support. "I sent it to your primary Envato e-mail; check your SPAM folder" he says. As a long-time Envato customer, I find it odd that not one single seller has previously experienced any issue in responding to me. Buyer beware. I have yet to get the script to work, so I'm hiring a freelancer to take a look at it. Support here is 100% unavailable.

there are only so many times a person can answer an email. one has to wonder, what is the most likely: that I didn't write the email (twice) and sent it (twice) to the supplied mailbox, with no return error, or that the receiver has a problem with their email... my conscience is clean, kind internet stranger. I always find it interesting that people jump straight into "buyer beware" as if the entire world population somehow must be protected from evil by a self-appointed saviour that did not stop to consider that maybe, just maybe, they are wrong. for me it's a textbox phsycology use case for universities. anyway good luck with your freelancer, hope you get his emails :p
