Hello everyone,

I want to report a critical issue currently affecting all my sites using this Shopify theme. For the past few hours, my sites, which have been registered and actively used for years, are displaying a black screen with a message indicating a configuration problem and asking me to contact support. It is important to note that I own several licenses for this theme, but unfortunately, the support has expired since the purchase was made several years ago.

I have not made any recent changes to the configuration of my sites that could explain this sudden problem. This malfunction occurred abruptly and prevents access to my sites, which is extremely detrimental given the high volume of visits and sales we generate daily.

I want to warn the community and the developers: be aware of this serious issue. It seems that the theme may have license bugs after a certain period, which can lead to a complete interruption of services without any warning or way to contact support after it has expired.

Please take quick action to resolve this issue or provide an alternative method to contact technical support in emergencies like this one.

Dear Client,

During the process of updating our system, a mistake was made where the cache was not cleared completely. As a result, some data that should have been removed remained in the cache, which created an issue. Once again, we apologize for any inconvenience this may have caused and we guarantee that this type of error does not occur in the future.
