I've recently started using this theme, and along the way there was few issues that needed help from experts. I tried using live-chat, and surprisingly the support team followed up with me through email, to check whether the issue is resolved or not. Never seen anyone do that.

The support team is very quick in solving the issues I faced. And ofcourse they reply to our emails quickly.

This theme seems really good for an online store. I do suggest to try this. It worth the money.
