Yes I was facing the issue, but the support team helped me resolve it. Now my concern is you may face various type of issues, but at the end of the day, whether the support team is helping or not that's the matter. Here, their CTO and business development manager Ms. Laboni, team lead, intervened about my issue and resolved it on an urgent basis.
