I have NEVER received any service from the so-called support team. I raised a request through their portal over a MONTH ago, and I'm STILL waiting for any kind of update. The ticket is still open, and NO ONE has bothered to respond. This is the most PATHETIC service I have ever encountered. Save yourself the frustration and AVOID purchasing this code at all costs.
