I purchased the Grand Tour | Travel Agency WordPress theme and initially had high hopes for it based on its features. However, my experience with both the theme and the author's support has been disappointing.

First, I paid extra for the theme installation with demo content, which took the author four days to respond to after multiple attempts to contact them. When they finally completed the installation, it was rushed and incomplete. Not all the demo sections were installed as promised, and Elementor, a vital part of the customization, encountered issues I had to troubleshoot. This lack of attention to detail made the extra payment feel like a waste.

Since the initial installation, I’ve contacted the author multiple times to have the missing demo sections installed and to help resolve the Elementor issue. Still, the author has gone silent, leaving me with a half-functional theme.

I hoped for a more professional approach, especially for a premium theme with paid installation. The theme has potential, but the poor customer support and incomplete service leave much to be desired.

I cannot recommend paying extra for installation due to the unresponsiveness and incomplete work.

We did replied to your ticket and it didn't took us four days to response. Your ticket has an average response time of 17 hours (included weekend and below 24 hours response time on business days we mentioned in support policy) which we know we can improved that but we think it's quite reasonable. You might also miss understanding. The demo option you want to use is not created using Elementor so you have to use theme's built-in content builder. It's an old demo which we created when Elementor was not yet integrated but you can always change to other new demos which are using Elementor as well. It's your choice.

We did try to offer you a refund for your purchase so you can get your money back as well but you refused so we don't know how can we will satisfy you since refund has already offered.
